CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

The fund outflow came amid indications that interest rates would remain higher for longer for the most part of 2024.

CICT is a Singapore-heavy REIT that owns a portfolio of retail and office assets.
