A delinquent tenant occupying Sabana REIT’s premises at 33 & 35 Penjuru Lane has made a final attempt to appeal judgements that have been issued against it.

The judgements pertain to arrears over the lease at the property, for which there is more than SGD2 million in unpaid rent and related costs.

Sabana REIT disclosed on 6 June that this tenant, Kleio One-Solution Pte Ltd, has filed a notice to the Appellate Division of the High Court of Singapore.
