Retail-focused REIT InvenTrust Properties Corp has announced the pricing of an underwritten registered public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock.
The units have been priced at USD28.00 per share.
As such, the exercise is expected to generate total gross proceeds of USD224.0 million for the REIT.
