Keppel DC REIT has announced a major equity fundraising initiative aimed at raising gross proceeds of no less than SGD985 million.
The funds will be used to support the REIT’s proposed acquisition of interests in two data centre buildings in Singapore, Keppel DC Singapore 7 and Keppel DC Singapore 8, said the REIT on 19 November.
On the same day, Keppel DC REIT’s sponsor Keppel Ltd announced the sale of its data centre joint venture to Keppel DC REIT for SGD1.38 billion.
