Tanger enters Arkansas market with USD73 million acquisition

NYSE-listed REIT Tanger has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of The Promenade at Chenal, a 270,000-square-foot upscale lifestyle shopping destination in Little Rock, Arkansas.

This marks REIT’s first foray into Arkansas and its second full-price, open-air lifestyle center, following its purchase of Bridge Street Town Centre in Huntsville, Alabama, last year.

Tanger is a REIT that operates a portfolio of outlet and open-air retail centers across the US.
