CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) reported a 2.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its distributable income for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, reaching SGD668.8 million.
The rise was supported by strong operational performance and contributions from properties acquired by the REIT and completed in FY 2023.
Gross revenue grew by 2.9% YoY to SGD1.523 billion, while net property income increased by 2.6% YoY to SGD1.049 billion.
