Sabana Industrial REIT (Sabana REIT) has successfully completed its solar panel installation project in partnership with Keppel’s energy-as-a-service arm.
All nine of the REIT’s properties are now capable of being fully or partially powered by renewable energy, it disclosed on 4 February.
The milestone marks a major step towards the REIT’s goal of becoming one of Singapore’s first carbon-neutral industrial REITs by 2040.
