AIMS APAC REIT (AA REIT) has announced the successful issuance of SGD125 million in 4.70% subordinated perpetual securities.
The issuance was made through HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its role as trustee of the REIT under its SGD750 million multicurrency debt issuance programme that was established on 30 November 2018.
