Singapore-listed pure-play data centre REIT, Digital Core REIT, has expanded its presence in Japan.

The Digital Realty-sponsored REIT disclosed on 26 March that it has acquired a 20% stake in a freehold data centre in Osaka for JPY13 billion (USD 87 million).
