Elite UK REIT announced on 3 March that it is divesting the crown buildings located at Claude Road, Caerphilly, for GBP 710,000.
The sale price represents an 18% premium above the property’s independent valuation of GBP600,000 as of 31 December 2024, as conducted by CBRE Limited.
Perpetual (Asia) Limited, acting as trustee of Elite UK REIT, executed the divestment, with gross proceeds earmarked for repaying the REIT’s outstanding borrowings.
