During the trading week beginning 24 March 2025, Singapore Exchange-listed REITs experienced mixed fund flows from institutional and retail investors.

Institutional investors demonstrated notable activity in several REITs, with CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) emerging as the top REIT in terms of institutional inflows at SGD19.1 million.

The fund inflows came ahead of US President Donald Trump’s so-called ‘liberation day’ in which he announced a slew of tariff hikes against almost all imports into the country.
