Retail REIT Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) has reported robust financial and operational results for the first half of its 2025 financial year, with distribution per unit (DPU) rising to 6.054 cents compared to 6.022 cents in the same period last year.

The suburban mall owner announced on 29 April 2025 that gross revenue increased by 7.1% year-on-year to SGD184.4 million, while net property income grew by 7.3% to SGD133.7 million.

The growth was primarily driven by higher rental income from renewed and new leases, said the REIT.
