Singapore REIT Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) announced on 23 April that its distribution per unit (DPU) fell 10.6% year-on-year to 8.053 cents for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 primarily due to higher borrowing costs and lower divestment gains.

For the fourth quarter of FY24/25, the REIT recorded a distributable income of SGD99.1 million and a DPU of 1.955 cents, representing decreases of 10.3% and 11.6% respectively compared to the same period last year.

The REIT's gross revenue for the full year declined slightly by 0.9% to SGD727.0 million, while net property income (NPI) fell 1.5% to SGD625.3 million.
