Daiwa House REIT announced on 16 May 2025 its decision to issue JPY1.8 billion in sustainability bonds.

The bonds, officially named "Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation 20th Unsecured Investment Corporation Bonds," will carry an interest rate of 1.404% per annum with a five-year maturity date set for 22 May 2030.
