Australian REIT GPT Group and QuadReal Property Group have announced a new AUD1 billion logistics joint venture.
The partnership, named GPT QuadReal Logistics Trust 2 (GQLT2), will be seeded with approximately AUD460 million in stabilised logistics assets primarily located on the Australian east coast urban infill and middle ring locations.
