Data centre landlord Keppel DC REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT acquired by institutional investors during the trading period that began on 28 April.

The fund inflows came as Singapore REITs once again saw a notable divergence between institutional and retail investor behaviour.

Keppel DC REIT came into the institutional net buy list with net inflows of SGD13.9 million.
