Manulife US REIT (MUST) has secured approval from lenders to extend its asset disposal deadline by six months to 31 December 2025.

This reprieve provides the beleaguered REIT more time to meet obligations under its master restructuring agreement whilst grappling with challenging market conditions.

The Singapore-listed office REIT announced on 23 May 2025 that it will deploy USD25 million of additional cash alongside proceeds from its latest property sale to partially pay down debts maturing between 2026 and 2028.
