Manulife US REIT (MUST) announced on 11 May that it has agreed to sell Peachtree, a 28-storey Grade A office building located in Atlanta, Georgia, to an unrelated third-party purchaser for approximately USD133.8 million, subject to lender approval.

The Singapore-listed REIT plans to use the net proceeds of approximately USD118.8 million from the sale to repay 58% of its 2026 debt obligations.
