REITs listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) continued to experience divergent fund flows during the week of 19 May 2025, with institutional and retail investors taking contrasting positions across several key REITs in the sector.

In particular was industrial REIT Mapletree Industrial Trust, which saw sharply contrasting fund flows from the two groups of investors.

Among the REITs that attracted the highest institutional buying interest, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) led the pack with net institutional inflows of SGD5.3 million.
