Scentre Group reports growth in customer visitation and retail sales

Australian REIT Scentre Group reported 179 million customer visits to its 42 Westfield locations during the first 18 weeks of 2025.

This represents a 2.3% increase or 4.1 million additional visits compared to the same period last year, the REIT noted.

In line with this, tenants operating within Westfield centres achieved AUD6.7 billion in sales for the quarter ending 31 March 2025, up 2.8% from the corresponding period in 2024.
