NTT DC REIT has filed an initial prospectus for its proposed listing on the Singapore Exchange with an initial portfolio valued at approximately USD1.6 billion.
This portfolio comprises six data centres positioned across key global markets in the United States, Austria and Singapore.
The REIT’s inaugural portfolio includes three facilities in California, one in Virginia, one in Vienna and one in Singapore.
