IREIT Global has announced the signing of two significant new leases in Spain covering approximately 5,200 square metres.
This boosts the REIT’s overall occupancy rate from 77% to 83% following the June 2025 agreements.
The first lease involves the continued expansion of an existing leading data centre operator at Sant Cugat Green, securing approximately 1,622 square metres.
This latest agreement represents a progression of a strategic partnership that began in 2022 when the tenant initially occupied underground space for data centre operations.
