Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust delivered a 4.5% increase in gross revenue to SGD50.3 million for the second quarter ended 30 June 2025, up from SGD48.1 million in the same period last year, as the Singapore-listed REIT continues its operational recovery amid challenging market conditions.

The growth was achieved despite a 4.8% year-on-year depreciation of the Indonesian rupiah against the Singapore dollar, with the REIT benefiting from targeted asset enhancement initiatives and proactive tenant management that lifted portfolio occupancy to 84.1% in the second quarter from 82.2% in the first quarter of 2025.
