Logistics REIT Mapletree Logistics Trust has taken another step towards pivoting away from its older assets.
The REIT has entered into an agreement to sell its Mapletree Logistics Centre in Yeoju, South Korea, for KRW8.0 billion, it announced on 30 July 2025.
The proposed divestment forms part of the REIT's strategy to rejuvenate its portfolio through selective sales of assets that no longer align with its investment approach.
