Prime US REIT has signed a significant 11-year lease for a minimum of 120,000 square feet at the rebranded Waterfront At Washingtonian in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

The lease, signed at the end of June 2025, was secured with an American advanced clean energy and fuel design engineering company backed by a global e-commerce giant, said the REIT in a 10 July statement without giving specifics on the tenant.

This anchor tenant commitment follows the completion of targeted upgrades to the property and represents a substantial vote of confidence in Prime US REIT's asset enhancement strategy.
