Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) has strengthened its position in the European hyperscale data centre market following the expansion of its EUR50 million investment fund with the addition of a fifth site in Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.
The Singapore-listed stapled trust announced on 2 July 2025 that its sponsor SWI Group had unveiled the expansion as part of its European hyperscale strategy.
