Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation (Daiwa House REIT) has announced the acquisition of a residential property in Kyoto for JPY1 billion, marking another expansion of its diversified real estate portfolio.
The REIT will purchase Castalia Kyoto Nishi-shichijo, an eight-storey apartment complex located in Shimogyo Ward, on 25 August 2025.
The property, currently known as Samty Kyoto Nishioji North, will be renamed upon acquisition and becomes the 147th property in the REIT's portfolio.
