Australian REIT GPT Group has delivered a strong turnaround in its 2025 interim results, swinging from a net loss of AUD249.4 million in the first half of 2024 to a statutory net profit after tax of AUD329.1 million for the six months to 30 June 2025.

The REIT’s improved performance was driven by a shift in investment property valuations, which recorded an uplift of AUD48.3 million compared to valuation declines of AUD566.8 million in the corresponding period last year.
