Sabana Industrial REIT is set to receive two new directors to its board as part of its ongoing internalisation process, the REIT's trustee announced on 22 August 2025.
HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, acting as trustee of Sabana Industrial REIT, confirmed that Havard Chi Cher Pan and Bhavik Umesh Doshi have been appointed as directors of the new internalised manager with immediate effect.
The appointments represent the initial phase of a broader plan to install director elects onto the board, with additional appointments expected to follow.
