Boustead reveals SGD1.9 billion, 23-property portfolio for proposed REIT

Boustead Singapore Limited (BSL) has unveiled details of the portfolio to be included in the proposed initial public offering of the UI Boustead REIT, and disclosed that the REIT is expected to launch with 23 properties valued at about SGD1.9 billion.

The IPO portfolio will comprise 21 leasehold properties in Singapore and two freehold assets in Japan, spanning a total gross floor area of around 5.9 million square feet and net lettable area of 5.3 million square feet.
