ESR REIT experienced the largest institutional fund outflows among Singapore-listed REITs during the week of 15 September 2025.
ESR REIT is one of the largest industrial REITs listed on the Singapore Exchange and it has a portfolio of mostly factories and warehouses.
The REIT has been experiencing an upswing in its unit price over the last few weeks, and has been particularly a favourite pick among retail investors.
