IREIT Global has been served with a payment order in Berlin as part of a legal dispute with the former main tenant of its Berlin Campus property.
The manager of IREIT Global announced on 11 September 2025 that its wholly-owned subsidiaries holding Berlin Campus received the order on 10 September 2025, following a filing by DRV in the local court of Berlin-Wedding.
