Japanese REIT Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation announced on 31 October 2025 that it has agreed to sell eight healthcare facilities for a total anticipated disposition price of JPY13.6 billion with the transaction scheduled to complete on 4 November 2025.

The properties being sold are all nursing homes located primarily in the Kanagawa and Tokyo areas, with one facility in Takamatsu, Kagawa.

The portfolio includes Senior Forest Yokohama-Tsuzuki, Sunny Life Chofu, Charm Premier Kamakurayama, As Heim Tsunashima, Library ShinShibamata, Ishinkan Kamiooka, Sunny Life Kamakura Tamanawa, and Alpha Living Takamatsu Konyamachi.

The bulk sale represents a considerable premium over the properties' book values and appraisal values, said the REIT.
