First REIT has extended the lease for Siloam Hospitals Lippo Cikarang (SHLC) for six months while it continues its strategic review.
The manager of the REIT announced on 27 October 2025 that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, PT Graha Pilar Sejahtera, has entered into an extension letter with PT East Jakarta Medika, a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk.
