Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust announced on 3 October 2025 that Fitch Ratings has upgraded Singapore-listed Stoneweg European REIT’s long-term issuer default rating to BBB from BBB-, with a stable outlook.

The rating agency also upgraded the trust's EUR500 million unsecured notes due 2031 and its EUR1.5 billion medium term note programme to BBB from BBB-.

The upgrade reflects SEREIT's disciplined financial profile, with Fitch Ratings forecasting EBITDA net leverage to stabilise around 7.5 times over the medium term.
