Hankyu Hanshin REIT has announced plans to acquire a retail property site in Daito City, Osaka, for JPY1.1 billion as part of its strategy to enhance portfolio stability and distributions to investors.

The REIT disclosed on 22 October 2025 that its asset management company had decided to purchase the site of a planned Sugi Pharmacy Daito Goryo Store, with the transaction scheduled to complete on 31 March 2026.

The property has been appraised at JPY1.15 billion as of 30 September 2025 by Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal.
