Japanese REIT Japan Excellent, Inc. has announced plans to acquire trust beneficiary rights in the Urawa SH Building in Saitama for JPY1.76 billion.
The purchase agreement was executed on 30 October 2025, with delivery scheduled for 31 October 2025.
The transaction will be funded by the REIT using its internal funds, with payment made in a lump sum upon delivery.
