JPMorgan Chase & Co has become a substantial unitholder in NTT DC REIT.
NTT DC REIT is a Singapore REIT that invests in data centre properties located globally, with an initial portfolio of six assets across the United States, Austria and Singapore.
The portfolio has an appraised value of approximately USD1.6 billion and a total IT load capacity of approximately 90 megawatts.
The REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange on 14 July 2025 and is sponsored by NTT Limited, part of the NTT Group.
