Lendlease Global Commercial REIT has secured a new tenant at Building 3 in Milan’s Spark Business District, with a lease signed by a US technology company.
The seven-storey Grade A office building, which recently underwent a lobby refurbishment and complementary upgrades to improve quality and flexibility, is now 49% committed.
This is up from 31% in February 2025, said the REIT.
