Orix JREIT acquires two Japanese properties for JPY31.8 billion

Orix JREIT Inc. announced on 21 October 2025 the acquisition of two properties in Japan valued at a combined JPY31.766 billion.

The Tokyo-listed REIT, which trades under the ticker 8954, has agreed to purchase the Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre - Midosuji for JPY22.516 billion and the Prime Shinyokohama Building for JPY9.25 billion.

Both acquisitions were contracted on 21 October 2025, though the office property's settlement is scheduled for 20 November 2025 whilst the hotel acquisition is completed on the contract date.
