CDL Hospitality Trusts (CDLHT) has entered into a new five-year lease agreement for the Grand Millennium Auckland, securing the continued operation of the 453-room property in New Zealand's gateway city.
The stapled group, which comprises CDL Hospitality REIT and CDL Hospitality Business Trust, announced on 24 November 2025 that a wholly-owned subsidiary has signed the lease with Hospitality Services Limited, a subsidiary of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited.
