United Hampshire US REIT has reported a 15.5% year-on-year increase in distributable income for the third quarter ended 30 September 2025, driven by new lease commencements, rental escalations and lower financing costs.
The Singapore-listed REIT announced on 14 November 2025 that its distributable income for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 rose 6.6% year-on-year.
The performance came despite gross revenue and net property income declining 1.6% and 1.9% respectively for the nine-month period, which the REIT attributed mainly to the absence of contributions from three properties divested between August 2024 and January 2025.
