Acrophyte Hospitality Trust has agreed to sell the Hyatt Place Detroit Livonia hotel for USD10 million as it looks to divest a non-core asset and strengthen its balance sheet.
The Singapore-listed hospitality trust announced on 10 December 2025 that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, ARA USH Chicago, LLC, had entered into a conditional purchase and sale agreement with NJA Management Group LLC on 8 December 2025.
