Keppel DC REIT will acquire full ownership of two data centres in Singapore after agreeing to purchase the remaining stakes from Keppel Ltd. for a total consideration of SGD50.5 million.
The transaction involves the acquisition of Keppel’s remaining 10% interest in Keppel DC Singapore 3 (KDC SGP 3) and 1% interest in Keppel DC Singapore 4 (KDC SGP 4), and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026.
The manager of Keppel DC REIT said the acquisitions will be immediately DPU-accretive, with the FY2024 distribution per unit projected to rise 0.8% from 9.451 cents to 9.525 cents on a pro forma basis.
