Axis REIT has agreed to acquire a double-storey detached factory with a mezzanine floor and an annexed office building located within Kawasan Perindustrian Senai Fasa 3, Johor, for MYR34,608,900.
The property, which will also include ancillary buildings, is being acquired by the REIT from Banyan Estate Malaysia Sdn Bhd under a conditional sale and purchase agreement signed on 31 December 2025.
The land, measuring 0.8094 hectares with a 60-year leasehold tenure expiring on 2 December 2069, will be developed by the vendor in accordance with agreed specifications under a build-and-lease arrangement.
