Australian REIT BWP Trust has sold the Chadstone Homeplus Homemaker Centre in Victoria for AUD86.025 million.
It secured a price 1.1% above the property's fair value as at 31 December 2025, said the REIT in an announcement on 27 January.
The unconditional contract of sale was executed on 23 January 2026 with a wholly owned subsidiary of Centuria Capital Group.
