CapitaLand Ascott Trust’s distribution per stapled security stays flat at 6.10 cents

Data from CapitaLand Ascott Trust's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

CapitaLand Ascott Trust's distribution per stapled security remained unchanged at 6.10 cents for the year ended 31 December 2025, despite revenue rising 3% to SGD837.6 million from SGD809.5 million in the previous year.

The trust retained approximately SGD23.2 million of non-periodic items in the second half of 2025 to fund asset enhancement initiatives and general corporate purposes.
