CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) recorded the largest institutional fund outflow among Singapore-listed REITs for the second consecutive week.

The move marked the biggest withdrawal of institutional capital from any REIT during the week, underscoring a cautious sentiment toward large-cap commercial property counters.

CICT is Singapore’s largest REIT by market capitalisation and portfolio size.

It owns a diverse mix of retail and office assets strategically located across Singapore’s central business district and suburban areas.
