CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust is Singapore's largest REIT by market capitalisation, with a diversified portfolio of retail and office properties strategically located across the island.
The REIT's portfolio includes landmark properties such as Raffles City Singapore, Bugis Junction, CapitaSpring, and various suburban malls including IMM Building, and Plaza Singapura.
