Data from Keppel DC REIT's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

Keppel DC REIT reported a 55.2% surge in distributable income to SGD268.1 million for the full year ended 31 December 2025, up from SGD172.7 million in the previous year, driven by strategic acquisitions and strong portfolio performance.

The REIT's distribution per unit rose 9.8% to 10.381 cents from 9.451 cents year-on-year.

However, the growth in DPU lagged behind distributable income due to an expanded unitholding base following a preferential offering in October 2025.
